This was a retirement gift for a valued leader who happened to deal with fences a lot more than he cared for.
A six signature coptic bound photo album. The first signature was made into an “office envelope” to hold cards of thanks and congratulations. The next four were laid out with photos from his years dealing with fences and other things. The final signature was left empty to add additional photos of his own.
The paper is all watercolor, dyed in a tea bath for that classic aged look to match the beautifully aged dog ear fence pieces. The paper edges are torn on most sides to continue the rugged theme. The signature covers were reinforced with Kraft-Tex.
The hinge is purely decorative, but my favorite part. So satisfying to open the book flat and have it connect.
